Joining one that already exists? Its administrator can invite you by email, and the invitation creates your account for you.

Shown to colleagues in your organization. You can add it later.

Optional. Your password is never sent. It is scrambled first, and only the first five characters of that scramble leave, which match hundreds of thousands of different passwords. Leave this off and no check is made.
